Senior Business Operations Project/Program Manager
Location: Frisco, TX or Atlanta, GA
SUMMARY
In support of NCR Atleos’ vision of setting the highest standards in self-service financial solutions, the Business Operations team is looking for an experienced program management professional to oversee a variety of enterprise programs and transformational initiatives, varying in complexity and scale. In an environment that prioritizes continuous improvement, this individual will oversee, facilitate, and drive accountability among cross-functional teams to achieve prescribed results that aspire to best-in-class operations and optimal performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ( include but not limited to)
Define and document program scope, objectives, and desired outcome.
Set and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally
Executive engagement: Steering Committee coordination/management, recurring status reporting, production of Board suitable materials
Prepare a budget based on project scope, set, and adhere to budgetary allocation.
Onboard program team members, and provide training and coaching, if needed
Estimate and justify resource requirements, in support of program needs.
Design work plans for team members based on requirements and member expertise.
Engage with and support project teams and stakeholders as per demand and requirement.
Manage participants for timely delivery of tasks, milestones, and outcomes.
Perform regular assessment of project execution to ensure program success.
Be aware of industry best practices, techniques, and standards, and encourage team members to use them for effective project execution.
Track project performance periodically to ensure achievement of both short-term and long-term goals.
Create and maintain detailed program documentation.
Undertake risk management to minimize potential risks.
Use and develop tools and techniques for easier program management.
Ensure program delivery is on time, as per scope and within the allocated budget.
Engage in continuous improvement assessments and contribute area expertise in support of such initiatives.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Confidence in communicating with individuals with a variety of accents.
TOOLS
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Highly Proficient in MS Project and PowerPoint
Experience working within Enterprise PPM and CRM tools.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years’ experience with complex project or program management
Building ground up practices
Business process mapping and improvement
