Project Manager – ATM Deployment

Location : Atlanta, GA (midtown)

Work style : in office M/Tu/W/Th

The individual is responsible for initiating, managing, supporting, and tracking hardware and software deployment projects throughout the project life cycle. The Project Manager is required to work closely with multiple vendors and clients to coordinate the ATM deployment activities.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Communicates plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders

  • Works with other stakeholders to define and document the scope of work required for successful completion of projects, as well as identify third party service providers

  • Works with project staff and third-party vendors

  • Develops project plans including a timeline of goals and milestones

  • Oversees scheduling of site-level installation activities

  • Develops communication plans including documentation, reports, cadence, participants, meetings

  • Tracks project performance and analyzing deliverables against requirements, including quality control

  • Ensures that all budgetary objectives are met, managing to the project P&L and specifically meeting Cost and Margin expectations, adjusting as needed

  • Tracks and coordinates invoicing, including Change Requests and Out of Scope billing

  • Manages all aspects of installations, de-installations, branding, and reprogramming plans for assigned projects

  • Simultaneously manages multiple projects, including high-profile and large-scale deployments

  • Determines and outlines roles and responsibilities for project tasks, including third party vendors

  • Partners with team members to identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement

  • Schedules and facilitates meetings with stakeholders, project team, and others to communicate progress, issues, and timelines for the resolution of issues

  • Reports on project progress to stakeholders and management to ensure KPIs of deliverables are met

  • Identifies dependencies and manages internal relationships required to successfully complete assigned projects.

  • Creates and communicates “customer specific” metrics as required

  • Responsible for adherence to policies and processes related to various tasks outlined within the department

  • Mentor and train team members for increased understanding of project methodology, efficient use of business tools, and improving “people skills”.

  • Ability to act as “back-up” for the Manager/Program Manager in their absence.

  • Identification and implementation of opportunities for process improvement, with a focus on increased productivity and overall success of the deployment team.

  • Other duties may be assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant industry experience

  • Must have 5+ years of project coordination/project management experience in deployment projects (not SDLC) and highly preferred for it to be in ATM deployment or related industry/projects

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and other project management tools. Advance level in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.)a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Advanced problem solving/analytical and time management skills

  • Excellent management and leadership skills including teamwork development and maintenance

  • Superior written and verbal communications skills, and excellent presentation skills

  • Solid understanding of SOWs and contracts

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong ability to be focus driven on performing required tasks and meeting deadlines

  • Ability to perform in a team setting and as an independent contributor

  • Ability to work with internal and external partners at various levels, including management

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support team members

  • Excellent customer relationship/organization skills

  • Excellent track record of project success

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry-standard certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)

  • Experience with Quickbase
